Colombia Tolima is fair trade, organically grown and sourced from small farms operating within the municipalities of Herrera and Rio Blanco in the department of Tolima, Colombia. Each producer has their own micro-mill where they carefully harvest cherries, depulp, ferment, wash and gently dry the parchment on raised beds.
